ROP/CTE

The Fresno Regional Occupational Program (ROP) is career technical education that empowers students to make meaningful career choices by providing opportunities to explore their interests, develop career skills, and reinforce academics. ROP also offers a wide range of additional educational benefits, including college credit for qualifying courses, industry certification, and internships when appropriate in 214 courses in various career paths. Fresno ROP is available to high school students (16 years of age or in 11th or 12th grade) and adults (at the discretion of the school districts), preparing them for further education at colleges and universities, employment, or advanced technical training.
