Eligibility

EOPS Eligibility

  • Be a California resident
  • Receive CA Promise Grant with $0 EFC
  • Be an emancipated or current foster youth

NextUp Eligibility

  • Students must meet all eligibility for EOPS
  • Established court dependency on or after 16th birthday (verification required)
  • No older than 25 years of age at the time of acceptance into the program
  • Minimum 9 units enrollment
